Application Deadline: Late entries may be accepted by the time of the first start on the race date at the sign-on counter and will be subject to an additional charge of the entry fee ($650).

In the event of activity cancellation by HKSSA , participants are entitled to a full refund. However, if participants withdraw due to individual reasons (e.g. participant does not fulfil the lowest entry requirements), except for sick leaves with a medical certificate from a doctor, no refund will be offered. Entry Requirements

1. Topper CLASS, sailors in the Topper Class shall:
   a) hold HKSF Level 2 Dinghy Certificate or equivalent i.e. be sufficiently experienced to participate irrespective of the wind and sea conditions that may be encountered;
   b) be aged 11 – 16 years at the time of racing;
2. ILCA 4 Class, sailors in the ILCA 4 Class shall:
   a) hold HKSF Level 3 Dinghy Certificate or equivalent i.e. be sufficiently experienced to participate irrespective of the wind and sea conditions that may be encountered;
   b) preferred but not compulsory with racing experience in any ILCA Class Race
   c) be aged 11 – 16 years at the time of racing;
3. ILCA 6 Class, sailors in the ILCA 6  Class shall:
   a) hold HKSF Level 3 Dinghy Certificate or equivalent i.e. be sufficiently experienced to participate irrespective of the wind and sea conditions that may be encountered;
   b) preferred but not compulsory with racing experience in any ILCA Class Race
   c) be aged 11 – 16 years at the time of racing;
